Rich, chocolaty, with bursts of orange flavours. A breakfast inspired by the classic chocolate & orange flavour combination.
I have been eating overnight oats for many years now and this is without a doubt still my favourite.
If you are a fan of this flavour combo or Jaffa cakes, I suggest you give this a try. You will love it!
To enhance the orange flavour make sure to add the orange zest. This will make all the difference.

THIS BREAKFAST IS
- creamy
- rich
- chocolaty
- citrusy
- sugar-free
- vegan
- and super indulgent
TO MAKE THIS YOU WILL NEED
- rolled oats, preferably organic
- organic cacao powder,
- juice and zest from an orange
- cacao nibs
- a banana
- generous pinch of sea salt
- unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- chia and sunflower seeds (optional)

SERVE
- in your favourite bowl
- or a glass jar or glass
- serve with orange segments or slices (little discs)
- serve with your favourite yoghurt
- sprinkle with cacao nibs, hempseed and/or chocolate granola

This breakfast has no added sugars and is fruit-sweetened only. If you are not a fan of banana, you can use maple syrup, date syrup or agave syrup as a sweetener.
For a gluten-free option use a gluten-free certified oats.
To make this even more indulgent I recommend adding a drizzle of almond butter.
Blood or blush oranges are my favourite to use, but any type of orange will work well.
For extra crunch, sprinkle with a bit of homemade granola, almonds and cacao nibs.
This peanut butter & chocolate granola is so delicious with this breakfast.
