My Favourite Hummus
Hummus is a quintessential middle eastern dish and is a delicious spread or dip made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic and spices.


Pumpkin hummus
A wonderful autumn inspired dip! My classic hummus recipe, but with added roasted pumpkin. Rich, smooth and slightly sweet from the pumpkin.


Harissa Hummus
A spicy, smoky, sweet and tangy hummus, made with harissa paste.


Wild Garlic Pesto
A simple, full of flavour pesto made with seasonal wild garlic. Perfect for pastas, breads or to spread on sandwiches.


Black Chickpea Hummus
Made with black chickpeas and black tahini paste, these two ingredients give the hummus a very unique colour.


Spicy Hummus "Butter" Board
Swapping the butter from the butter board trend for hummus. Hummus layered with tomatoes, chickpeas, green olives, herbs and harissa.
