No milk? Quick solution

We all have at some point ran out of milk. Whether it's forgetting to buy or when travelling, where you can't take too much stock along. These are 3 easy options to make a quick (plant-based) milk.

ALL YOU NEED ARE 2 INGREDIENTS
your favourite nut- butter, tahini or hemp seeds
and water
And a high-speed blender
WHICH NUTBUTTER IS BEST TO USE
Almond butter, cashew butter and macadamia butter are especially great for this.
I recommend using a 100% nut butter, without any added oils, sugars or salt.
HOW TO STORE
Keep the mylk in a sealed container in the fridge. It should keep for 2 - 3 days.

QUICK MILK SOLUTION
A quick solution if you are in need of milk (and don't have any available)
Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
2 - 3 tbsp 100% nut-butter / tahini / hempseeds
1 cup filtered water
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the nut butter, tahini or hempseeds to a high-speed blender, along with the cup of water and blend until completely smooth.
Perfect to use for overnight oats or with your bowl of cereal/granola.
